  • Even though there is an abundance of information circulating related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), as your health care provider, we feel it’s important to guide you to the appropriate resources. Your good health is our mission.

  • We are doing all we can to keep our Clinics and Urgent Cares open and fully staffed, and our Member Services are available to you.


Experiencing Symptoms?

If you are exhibiting symptoms consistent with the COVID-19 infection – fever, cough, sore throat, and difficulty breathing, call us first for instructions (661) 273-7346 or call your Primary Care Physician.

  • Do not come to the urgent care or your primary care physician (PCP) office if you are experiencing only mild symptoms. Call us first so we can evaluate and determine the appropriate plan of care.

  • Most patients will be managed under home quarantine. Only visit the ER if you are experiencing severe respiratory conditions and are having trouble breathing. Otherwise expect to be given instructions on self-care under home isolation.
