Notice of Security Incident


Due to the Cybersecurity incident at Change Healthcare, we have not received any claims files from Change Healthcare since February 20th. Currently there is no ETA on when the connectivity will be resumed. As an interim solution, providers can submit electronic claims through Office Ally and revert back to Change Healthcare once the connectivity resumes. This process will help ensure that your claims are processed timely.
