  • Verify the member meets the criteria outlined below.

  • If yes, they are to be directed to the LA County DPH Acute Communicable Disease Control (ACDC) Department.

    • (213) 974-1234 (After Hours Emergency Operator)

  • If you are uncomfortable handling this type of call, please warm transfer the call the Triage RN at (661) 480-2054.

  • 80% of patients experience mild to moderate symptoms, and following CDC guidelines, will be encouraged to manage those symptoms at home and self-quarantine if necessary.
